(VU-Study-Corner) Project Selection Issue!!

Dear Friendz,
 
          As per mentioned in Semister Calender regarding last date of "Submission of Proposal for Project/Dissertation" is 7th November, 2012.
            Can you please tell me how will be select the desire Project because they do not give any intimation at yet.
