i am thinking the same..... the problem is not due to useing wireless .. i also gave all the papers of previous semester using wireless internet connection. i have used my webcam with skype and yahoo as well ........... its working fine

even with team viewer its working well

the only problem is in examination software video viewing.

the invigilator accessed my pc, checked everything. 

but this is not fare........... they should reschedule my paper .......... right?

Try to get paid connection. In Saudi there is SBand which is cheaper and the speed is good also

Actually i am using wireless internet connection for exams. the problem was the invigilator was not able to see my video.

whole time of exam passed ...... but no use

then the person who logged in to my pc asked me to attach a snapshot of the problem i am facing and send to overseas exam department

when i called them, they said your paper can't be rescheduled. 

is there anyone who faced this problem.
