Actually i am using wireless internet connection for exams. the problem was the invigilator was not able to see my video.

whole time of exam passed ...... but no use

then the person who logged in to my pc asked me to attach a snapshot of the problem i am facing and send to overseas exam department

when i called them, they said your paper can't be rescheduled. 

is there anyone who faced this problem.
