Narated By Hudhaifa RA : When the Prophet PBUH went to bed, he would say: "Allah huma Bismika amutu wa ahya." and when he got up he would say:" Al-hamdu lillahil-hillazi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilaihin-nushur." . 

Before sleep

اَللّهُمَّ بِسْمِكَ أَمُوْتُ وَ أَحْيَ

After sleep
